GREY FACE RESCUE Cat SURRENDER FORM

PLEASE, TAKE A MOMENT TO READ ALL DETAILS REGARDING THE SURRENDERING PROCESS AT GREY FACE RESCUE.

There are times when an owner can no longer care for their pet. Our Surrender Form provides information we need in order to determine if we can assist with the re-homing of a cat. Although we would love to help all pets, we need to assess our current foster home availability, among other factors, before making a decision.

 Please allow up to one week for a response from our team.

If you do decide to surrender your cat, our process is designed to find the most compatible foster home for the cats that come into our rescue.

We ONLY accept cats age 7 or older and only accept cats that are up to date on rabies, FVRCP and spay/neutered

1. Send updated and clear photos of the animal(s) needing to be surrendered to amanday@greyfacerescue.org, as well as, veterinary records. Veterinary records proving that the cat(s) are up-to-date on vaccinations are required prior to reviewing your surrender application.

2. Once a foster is found, our Cat Program Manager will coordinate an intake date at our facility in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

3. Prior to the appointment, you must pay the $150 fee and sign the surrender contract. Also, you are expected to provide a full, unopened bag of food. also all of the cat's supplies: food, bowls, beds, treats, etc., to help ease the transition.
